Some users may end up uploading works containing legal use of copyrighted works under the Fair Use Exclusions. Our own policies places some limits to help discourage abuse of Fair Use Exclusions.1. Video containing legal use of portions or entire videos of others works cannot have the same runtime as cited material. This policy helps confirm that works are not being uploaded without commentary, criticism, or other legal exclusion. 2. Legal use of others works is limited to 1080p, no 4k or 8k, or 3d is permitted, this site is not intended to compete with copyright holders.
